Documents are stored privately. Firm members can access their own firm’s records; client links are limited to one client and close period. Links expire after 14 days and the firm can revoke them sooner.
Files must pass security checks before AI processing or download. AI helps identify statements; uncertain matches go to the firm for review. Uploads and review decisions are recorded in an activity log.
Documents remain until the firm owner requests deletion. The owner can export records, stop client access, or schedule deletion with a 24-hour cancellation window.
Before real client use, the firm must confirm storage location, encryption and backup arrangements, and the AI providers’ retention and model-training terms. These provider commitments are still under review.
