The service
Close Fetch is a close-readiness tool for bookkeeping and accounting firms. It requests documents from your clients, organizes what comes back, and reports readiness. It does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice, and it does not file anything on your behalf.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the client relationships, for having authority to request their documents, and for reviewing AI-assisted matches — the review queue exists because no extraction is perfect.
Billing
Plans are month-to-month based on active client count. Trials are 14 days with no card required. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Close Fetch to request documents you have no right to, to send spam, or to store unlawful content. Reminder emails always include pause and unsubscribe controls for your clients.
